I want to introduce "Hutago". If I call this book in English, "Twins". This book is written by Sori Fujisaki. She belongs to Sekai No Owari. This is Japanese Band. If I say easily overall story, this story is why "Sekai No Owari" was made and "Sekai No Owari" history. I'll introduce a little bit specific.
I think Main character is Fujisaki Saori. She has many worries such as love, life, university, friends and more!! She has only one friend and she fell in love with him. It is Tukishima. I think Tukishima is Fukase, Fukase is vocal in Sekai No Owari. Tukishima is mysterious man because he is not protected that schools are decided rules. For example, don't dye hair, but his hair color is gold. His only habit is singing and playing guitar. She liked to listen to these things. One day, he didn't have motivation for all things and got depression. He couldn't continue all. She got tired of it. Later, he said "I think I'll be able to continue Band". She was worried about him, but he put her in the band without her permission because she have been playing the piano.
They gathered two members. They are classmates for Tukishima. They made live house ourselves. First live, people they have known came. This is "Sekai no Owari" starts. Later, This band became popular that every one knows.
I think I cannot say this book is impressed, interesting and sad. When I read "Hutago" my feelings was complex so that "Sekai No Owari" has a lot of complicated history. I can't tell you well, so I want you to read it!!

返信削除I didn't know there was a book of Sekaowa's history. From your review, your description of the main character falling in love with Tsukishima sounds interesting and intriguing. I'm also curious to see how they develop. I'd like to read it sometimes. A very clear and intriguing review!

This sounds like an interesting story. In English, we don't call them "lives", they are "live shows" or just "shows" or "concerts". In this case, if you're talking about a place that has this often, I would probably use "live music". You might say "I saw the BTS show last week." or "I went to the BTS concert last week." or "I like to listen to live music."
